Subject Access Request Process/Valid Request

Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request.” We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. “Authorised Agents”: you may submit a request to know or a request to delete your Personal Information through an Authorised Agent.
